I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, working with young people (11+) and adults in many areas of emotional well-being and mental health. I have had experience in a range of diverse client presentations and settings over many years.

My clients are:

• private individuals, adults or young people (11+), who are looking for emotional support or psychological therapy; 
• parents of young people who are looking to support their child in introducing them to an emotional health practitioner or who are seeking advice and help in parenting issues;
• schools who wish to offer mental health or psychological advice and support to pupils, parents and staff;
• psychologists or psychotherapists looking for professional supervision.

I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and am HCPC registered. I am also a registered member of the British Association  for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I am trained to doctoral level and I am qualified to offer psychological therapy in many different psychotherapeutic models, for example, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic or existential approaches, and psycho-educational help. This means that I will try to suggest the most appropriate form of support depending on your current needs and life experiences.    

As well as being a clinical practitioner in personal therapy, I also undertake training and presentational work covering many areas of mental health, such as anxiety management, academic or work related stress, neuro-diversity and common mental health or general wellbeing related problems.  

I am on the British Psychological Society Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors and I offer supervision to psychologists and psychotherapists, either qualified or in-training.

I am based in Putney and most of my clients come from central, south and west London.
